You will choose a pet project and run with it. It will become your “innovation project”, so choose wisely. To complicate matters, I changed course and created a second, more substantial project that fit neatly into my job, after completing this course. I facilitated the blended learning course you will read about here, and it went well. As of today, the school is using the model to create a middle school “Language Lab” where students choose a language and learn at their own pace.
